St. Tammany Parish Library Presents
Beginning Power Point With Marilyn Hebert
The St. Tammany Parish Library is proud to present Beginning Power Point with teacher, Marilyn Hebert, at the Covington Branch Library.Marilyn Hebert is a former computer teacher who is proficient in MSWord, MSWorks, PowerPro MSPublisher, Excel, Outlook Express, and Internet use. She will teach students to use the Microsoft Presentation Software Power Point during two consecutive classes, held one week apart. In the first class, students will learn the basics skills needed to make presentation slides, and in the second, they will learn how to make presentations that are more complex. Students will have use of the library's laptop computers for the duration of the class.
This presentation consists of two consecutive programs which will begin at 10:00 a.m. and end 11:30 a.m. on Friday, February 19, 2010 and> continuing the next week on February 26, 2010.
The event is free and open to the public, and registration is required.
Class space is limited to 10 adults.
